2026 Rebuild

WH Kemp Electrics are wiring harness and cable assembly specialists based in Westbury, Wiltshire. Having already delivered two previous versions of their site, this 2026 rebuild moves the business away from Elementor and onto Bricks Builder, giving a faster, more lightweight front end and a cleaner editing experience behind the scenes.

The bigger shift is structural. Rather than a collection of static pages, the site is now built around custom post types for Services, Industries, Projects, Team Members and Testimonials, linked together with Pods relationship fields. An Industry page can pull in exactly the Services, Projects and Testimonials that are relevant to it, curated by the client rather than hardcoded, so the site can grow and reorganise itself as WH Kemp add new work without ever touching a template.

A full-width local video hero replaces the previous static banner, bringing the factory floor to life the moment the homepage loads. Alongside this, Pods meta fields give the WH Kemp team direct control over toggles, related content, and page-level detail throughout the site, so day-to-day updates no longer rely on a developer. The custom quotation facility carries over from the original build too, letting clients upload technical drawings directly through the site, a practical tool that helps WH Kemp respond to enquiries quickly and price accurately.

The result is a site that looks sharper and loads lighter than before, while being significantly easier for WH Kemp to maintain and expand as the business grows.
