Monkey Puzzle Training and Consultancy is a Bristol and Scotland-based leadership development and employee wellbeing training consultancy with international accreditation. When support for their Joomla 3 site ended in August 2023, it was the perfect opportunity to do more than just migrate. It was a chance to rebuild with purpose.

The new site was built in WordPress using Bricks Builder and Core Framework CSS, giving the team a fast, flexible front-end with clean, maintainable styling. WooCommerce handles the e-commerce side, and Pods powers the custom post types that underpin the course and product catalogue.
Monkey Puzzle’s in-house team needed to stay in control of their own content, updating course information, managing promotions, and publishing blog posts without relying on a developer for every change. The CMS-driven build makes that straightforward, and the admin interface was tailored to keep things intuitive for non-technical users.

The finished site reflects the consultancy’s ethos: professional, engaging, and built around people. It showcases their services and achievements while handling the practical demands of a busy training business, from course bookings to digital product sales.
