R.W. Thomas Heating is a local heating installation company with over a decade of experience, built on a reputation for quality, flexibility, and genuine value for money. The brief was for a modest but professional website, and at DW Multimedia modest budget never means a half-hearted result.

Two things needed to shine through: the company’s expertise and attention to detail, and the quality of their customer service. Both are front and centre on the finished site, with genuine customer testimonials woven throughout to give new visitors the confidence to get in touch.

Originally built in HTML, the site has since been rebuilt in WordPress using Elementor, bringing it up to date and making it straightforward for the team to manage going forward. A dedicated section offering impartial advice on household boiler upgrades, complete with links to helpful videos, adds real value for customers at the research stage of their buying journey.

Alongside the website, DW Multimedia handled the full brand identity, designing a new logo and producing artwork for printed promotional materials and social media.
