MGI Property required a full website rebuild to showcase their portfolio of residential, commercial, and healthcare developments in a clean, professional, and scalable format. The site needed to handle a growing range of properties, support detailed searches, and enable online service bookings, all while remaining easy for the in-house team to manage.
Working in close collaboration with tisum, we delivered a fully custom WordPress build using JetEngine to power custom post types for Developments and Properties, linked dynamically via relational fields so that related properties surface automatically under each development. Dynamic search via JetSmartFilters lets users browse by development, location, price, and availability with ease.
Booking for workspace and virtual office services is handled through Fluent Forms with Stripe integration, including secure ID upload with GDPR-compliant handling. The visual design was built from scratch, with three homepage concepts presented in Adobe XD before development began. We also created placeholder content across all three property sectors to fully test and demonstrate the dynamic functionality ahead of launch. On-site SEO was set up alongside Google Site Kit, Search Console, and GA4.
The result is a ground-up, design-first build centred on clarity, scalability, and control, transforming MGI’s online presence into a polished and professional marketing platform.
